RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

 

 

LIVI SAFE CORPORATION WILL RETURN OR EXCHANGE/REFUND BUT WILL NOT REFUND TRANSPORTATION COST OR DELIVERY COST IN THE FOLLOWING CASES:

 

 The product name, model name or design is not right as needed and ordered by customers.

 

 The quanity, accessories, spare-parts are not enough as indicated as ordered.

 

 The product appearance and status are defective such as being dropped, dented, broken .... happened and affected in the delivery and transportation duration.

 

 The product is disqualified such as being expired and out of warranty, in error or out of order.

 

 

Customers can carefully check on the delivered product before signing to receive and confirm product. In the following cases, customers can discuss with delivery staff or respond to LIVI SAFE CORPORATION in 24 hours.

 

 

LIVI SAFE CORPORATION WILL DENY RETURN/EXCHANGE IN THE FOLLOWING CASES:

 

 Customers would like to change product name, model name or designed but unannouned after product delivered and confirmed.

 

 The apearance and status of products are individually affected and defected such as being dropped, dented, broken, ..... in error by customers.

 

 Products are out of order or have errors because of wrong usage by customers.

 

 Customers have already checked before signing to receive and confirm product but no response after 24 hours

 

NOTE:

* RETURN/EXCHANGE PROCEDURE will be proceeded within a (01) day from the day all the information and documents reveiced from customers.
